Our agency sales fees

Type of sale mandate: All types of sale mandates

Sale of built properties:: 6% fee with for a minimum of 5,000 Euros, including VAT 

Sale of land only:10% fee, including VAT

These rates and amounts include VAT at a rate of 20%

Our fees are chargeable to the seller unless otherwise stated.

Agency fees include viewing services, negotiation, compilation of information for the preparation of the sales file, correspondence with the notary and assistance until the completion of sale. In addition to these services we can accompany you to the notary office on the day of signing the deed.

Rentals:

Our agency fees for rentals correspond to one month's rent divided equally between the leaser landlord and the tenant. The fee is paid once for the entire duration of the lease and upon handing over the keys of the property.

Holiday rentals

The rental fees are as follows:

25% including VAT (20% VAT) of the total rental amount.
